JOB PURPOSE: To manage day to day activities related to the CMMS systems. Such as scheduling, monitoring and completion of Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Calibration, Spare parts management whilst maintaining engineering compliance in EHS and Engineering standards.
DIMENSIONS OF THIS ROLE: Job holder must interact and require close linkage with all department stake holders to improve CMMS system and connect with global/regional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure adherence to Engineering standards in local business functions.
- Corrective Maintenance system must be following with the CMMS system.
- All Preventive Maintenance system must be following with the CMMS system.
- Spare parts inventory system must manage through CMMS.
- Calibration of equipment’s scheduling and completion through CMMS
- Need update site master plant list regularly through CMMS.
- Provide CMMS data (KPI) for engineering department when required.
- Provide inputs to upgrade and maintain CMMS effective manner.
- On time completion of PM actions (including all WO).
- Conduct gap analysis on engineering standards for all engineering related areas.
- Liaise with Snr. Manager Engineering, Snr. EHS Manager and Plant engineer on bridging identified gaps and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with procurement team for getting quotations for engineering purchases and raise POs in Ariba.
- Complete GRN for issued PO’s and follow up payments when required.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for engineering staff, SLT on Engineering Standards and other engineering compliance areas.
- Carry out the tasks, actions adhering to CMMS, VQD, EHS One system. Limited to authority level defined in system.
- Fire and emergency operations.
- Build partnership with internal stake holders to ensure 100% adherence to compliance in respective areas.
- Carry out physical guard assessment, machinery risk assessments.
- Document all maintenance and engineering related activities to comply with Global QMS and EHS policy requirement as and when required.
- Adhere to Relevant L1 schedules sub reporting and timely competition of VQD, EHS One actions.
- Provide engineering inputs to special projects carried out at the Plant.
- Help to maintain all Plant and machinery in the above-mentioned areas in peak condition by effectively implementing Preventive maintenance program.
- Arrange all mechanical, Electrical repairs including PLC, Pneumatic
- Help to provide continuous services in electricity, water supply, air conditioning, telephone, and fire prevention.
- Continuously seek new ways of improving processes to contribute effectively to Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives.
- Ability to issue PTWs after getting relevant internal trainings.
- Conduct Independent Business Monitoring Audits.
EHS AND QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES & COMMITMENT
- Demonstrate personal commitment on ensuring global EHS and Quality policies and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance of relevant work areas to HALEON EHS and Quality policies, guidelines, and local regulations.
- On-time reporting of EHS violations.
- Report Near miss incidents. Reporting of accidents.
- Timely communication of EHS/ Quality, ZAP information Support Nurturing Life Strategy at the site by personal engagement in key EHS programs at site. Participation at EHS trainings/drills Obtain understanding of life saving rules.
KEY BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

LIVING SAFETY
Cultivate the EHS culture across the site through Living Safety that embraces and integrates EHS into all operations and activities. Adhere to life saving rules.
Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required:
- Should possess a Degree/diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical
- Engineering At least 02 years of Industrial experience in relevant field preferably in food or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge on MS office is required
- Experience in CMMS /AutoCAD will be an added advantage
- Should demonstrate sound knowledge on Business, Engineering and EHS standards in large/medium scale manufacturing environment.
