Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and implement software applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain application components, interfaces, APIs, and integrations.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, bugs, and performance issues.
Application Support & Maintenance
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for production applications.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Manage application upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Software Lifecycle Management
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Support release management, change management, and deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational development and governance standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business users, analysts, architects, and project managers to understand requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendation on application improvements.
Quality, Security & Compliance
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and execute unit and integration testing.
- Follow secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation standards.
- Support audit and regulatory requirements where applicable.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in software development and application support.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments is preferred.
