Application Development
Assist in designing, developing, testing, and implementing software applications and enhancements.
Develop and maintain program code in accordance with coding standards and best practices.
Participate in system integration, testing, and deployment activities.
Support the development of APIs, interfaces, and application integrations.
Application Support & Maintenance
Provide first-level and second-level technical support for business applications.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and defects.
Assist in monitoring application performance and availability.
Support application bug fixes, patches, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
Software Lifecycle Management
Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, coding, testing, and deployment.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
Support release and change management processes.
Ensure compliance with established development methodologies and governance standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with developers, business analysts, testers, and end users to understand requirements.
Assist in translating business needs into technical solutions.
Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Quality, Security & Compliance
Perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing activities.
Follow secure coding and quality assurance practices.
Adhere to organizational policies, security requirements, and compliance standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Experience:
- Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Understanding of databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Knowledge of source control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Exposure to web technologies, APIs, and application integration concepts.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices is preferred.
