Application Development

Monitor application health, availability, performance, and system reliability.
Coordinate application maintenance, patching, upgrades, and release activities.
Software Development Lifecycle
Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Ensure successful execution of change management and release management processes.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and defect resolution.
Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing platforms and processes.
Drive automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering excellence initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Promote Agile, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
Qualifications
Experience:
Typically 5-8+ years of experience in software development, application management, or related technology roles.
Demonstrated experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or hybrid project environments.
