Sutherland Bulgaria is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Sourcing Specialist Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working from our vibrant Sofia office.
As a Sourcing Specialist Intern, you will:
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
- Contact leads, assess their qualifications, and pre-select candidates based on program-specific profiles.
- Provide recruitment support across various business units in Bulgaria
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English (additional European languages like German or French are a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic, persistence, and eagerness to learn
- Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous corporate experience is an advantage but not required
