HYBRID POSITION - MUST BE ON SITE 3-5 TIMES A YEAR
At Franciscan Health, The Physician Recruitment Sourcing Specialist works with management and the team to help source qualified providers whose interests match the opportunities that Franciscan Physician Network (FPN) has available. The Sourcing Specialist will work independently to conduct recruitment sourcing activities, targeting physician and advanced practice providers using a variety of databases, applicant tracking systems, online job recruiting, and other specialty sourcing methods. The position will assist with and help coordinate the development of strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans, in accordance with the needs and goals of FPN and its practices.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Day Shift
Help coordinate the development of strategic and comprehensive physician/APP recruitment plans, in accordance with the needs and goals for the various physician offices.
Develop and manage postings on appropriate web-based career sites and conduct initial vetting of candidates to ensure an acceptable candidate pool.
Work with management to source qualified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
Develop outreach initiatives to Graduate Medical Education training programs for various specialties.
Gather input from stakeholders regarding position approved via the annual physician manpower planning process or leadership through the course of the year.
Utilize multiple sourcing methodologies, to generate physician candidate leads for Franciscan Physician Network.
Identify, coordinate and execute virtual and in-person career fairs which may include travel.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree Healthcare Administration (Business) - Required
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration (Business) - Preferred
3 years Recruitment/Research - Preferred
