- Identify, assess and develop suppliers with the right technical capability, quality, cost position and strategic fit for new products and localization projects.
- Lead RFQs, commercial negotiations and supplier selection, owning key project sourcing deliverables such as BOM cost, tooling/NRE costs and sourcing milestones.
- Drive material availability for prototype and pre-production builds, resolving supply constraints and expediting as needed.
- Manage supplier performance and the transition from development into serial production, ensuring a smooth, well-prepared launch.
- Build strong supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement, innovation and cost-reduction opportunities.
What You´ll need to succeed?
- 5+ years of sourcing, procurement or supply chain experience, ideally with exposure to project sourcing, NPI or NPD.
- Strong commercial capability across RFQs, cost analysis, negotiations, supplier selection and contracting.
