Advises executives and the Board, oversees vendors and international compliance, implements payroll and HR technology improvements, and develops a team of four. Key priorities include completing global job architecture, improving sales incentives, optimizing benefits costs, supporting technical talent pay programs, and applying AI and automation to HR processes.

Manages assigned customer accounts, serving as a technical and commercial subject matter expert. Partners with engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain teams to transition products from development into serial production while improving supplier performance and reducing costs.

Supports production planning and scheduling for customer orders and inventory replenishment. Coordinates material, work orders, production flow, and progress reporting across departments. Works with purchasing to ensure material availability and serves as a liaison among production, customer service, and other functions. Applies MRP, lean manufacturing, pull systems, continuous improvement, problem-solving, and communication skills in a manufacturing environment.

Creates and maintains 3D SolidWorks models and 2D drawings for thermal products, prepares ASME calculations, and manages part numbers and bills of materials in the ERP system. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations to deliver compliant, manufacturable designs and assists with manufacturing troubleshooting. The role includes on-the-job training and mentorship while developing CAD, drafting, GD&T, and design skills.

Leads global compensation and total rewards strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Develops pay bands, incentive plans, job architecture, benchmarking, and market insights; advises leadership on compensation decisions and compliance. Partners with HRIS on Dayforce enhancements and administration, supports organizational changes and acquisitions, and delivers training. Requires strong analytics, stakeholder influence, project management, Excel proficiency, and experience with global compensation programs.
