Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across healthcare organizations, including hospitals, large physician groups, and imaging centers. Engage multiple departments—such as C-Suite, Cardiology, IT, General Imaging, Point of Care, Primary Care, and Women’s Health—to identify key decision makers, expand market share, grow revenue, and reduce customer attrition. Serve as the primary driver for large and strategic enterprise deals within the market.
- Achieve quarterly/annual orders and revenue targets, while maximizing profit margins across equipment and service sales.
- Leverage GE HealthCare’s comprehensive Ultrasound portfolio (Cardiology, Digital, Handheld, IT, General Imaging, Point of Care, Primary Care, and Women’s Health) to accelerate sales funnel growth and drive business performance.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of customers’ installed base and partner with them to develop long‑term technology and capital plans aligned with their budget cycles.
- Collaborate closely with the GEHC account community, participating in strategic site visits and jointly developing negotiation strategies. Lead cross‑functional teams to design and deliver customized, high‑value customer solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales tools to track account activity, enhance visibility, prioritize the pipeline, and drive market share expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience selling ultrasound or multiple product lines into hospitals and health systems.
- Proven ability to present complex concepts effectively—both verbally and in writing—to senior‑level decision makers; exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced negotiation, influencing, and problem‑solving skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, collaborate across functions, and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Must reside within the designated GE Markets (Atlanta, Carolinas or Florida) and be willing to travel throughout the territory.
