【職務内容】アカウントSEとして、お客様のTrusted Advisor（信頼されるアドバイザー）となり、以下の技術営業活動を主導していただきます。

The Social Infrastructure SE team is dedicated to supporting key clients in sectors that form the backbone of Japanese society, including power, gas, highways, railways, airports, and real estate development. As a high-touch Solutions Engineer, you will leverage Cisco’s extensive portfolio of products and services to solve complex business challenges and drive digital transformation. You will act as a bridge between our customers and Cisco’s global development, service, and technical support organizations to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.
【Key Responsibilities】
As an Account SE, you will serve as a Trusted Advisor to your customers, leading technical sales activities, including:
Requirement Analysis: Identifying and clarifying customer business challenges and technical requirements.
- Solution Design: Developing and proposing optimal Cisco architectures tailored to customer needs.
- Proposal & Presentation: Creating compelling proposal materials and delivering high-impact presentations to stakeholders.
- Technical Validation: Designing, executing, and reporting on Proof of Concept (PoC) and live demonstrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with domestic and global teams to drive complex business opportunities.
- Competitive Strategy: Formulating differentiation strategies to position Cisco solutions effectively against competitors.
