Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Architecture, AI & AIOps Leadership
Lead the design and execution of AI-enabled cross-architecture solutions across strategic partners
Integrate AIOps, observability, and automation into networking and security solutions to deliver predictive and self-healing capabilities
Establish and scale Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and partner practices
Enable partners to leverage Cisco platforms (e.g., AI infrastructure, observability, and security analytics) for data-driven outcomes
Strategic Customer & Partner Engagement
Act as the primary technical advisor on AI, AIOps, and cross-architecture solutions to partner leadership and customers
Engage CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to align AI-driven solutions with enterprise transformation goals
Translate business challenges into intelligent, automated, and integrated architectures
Shape long-term roadmaps incorporating AI adoption, data strategy, and platform integration
