Your ImpactAs a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be the trusted technical guide for a big Private Sector account, representing the full breadth of Cisco’s technology portfolio. Your work will directly shape customer success by designing solutions that address real-world challenges. You will collaborate with partners, customers, and internal teams to drive innovation and growth, making a tangible difference in how organizations connect and protect their data in the AI era and beyond. This role is hybrid but also involves being in the field, engaging in-person with customers, partners, and your team at customer sites approximately 50% of the time.
Minimum Requirements- You bring at least five years of pre-sales experience in one or more of Cisco’s key technical areas, such as Enterprise Networks, Data Center & Cloud, Collaboration, Artificial Intelligence, or Security.
- Proven experience in the IT industry with deep technical expertise (+5 years)
- Cisco Certification and/or industry certifications are valued (e.g., CCNA, CCIE certifications or equivalent.)
- Experience leading technical presentations or customer meetings, with examples of successful outcomes
- English and Greek proficiency
- Being located in and authorized to work in Greece
- Previous experience at Cisco or with Cisco Portfolio
- Engineering degree or equivalent background
