Role Summary
We are seeking an AI-forward engineer to design, build, and scale an intelligent People Technology ecosystem. This role will architect AI-powered workflows, build system integrations, develop automation services, and create scalable interfaces that enable HR and business leaders to leverage real-time data.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across backend services, APIs, AI tools (including Claude Code or similar LLM frameworks), and lightweight front-end interfaces. This individual should demonstrate strong all-purpose programming fluency and the ability to rapidly prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement AI-driven HR workflows and decision-support tools
• Integrate internal AI systems (e.g., LLM-based agents) with HR platforms
• Build microservices and APIs to connect HR systems, data sources, and AI agents
• Develop and optimize batch imports/exports and SFTP data flows
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reconciliation across systems
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code)
Required Experience & Capabilities
• 1–5 years of programming experience in systems engineering, platform engineering, or applied AI
• Strong general-purpose programming fluency (language-agnostic mindset)
• Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience deploying or integrating LLM-based tools
• Ability to build or modify lightweight front-end interfaces when required
• Strong understanding of structured data models and enterprise data flows
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving AI-enabled environments
Preferred
• Experience in HRIS, ATS, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools
• Exposure to secure data handling and permission-based access systems
