HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST - PERFORMANCE
We seek a Human Resources Specialist - Performance to join our Global Human Resources team.
As a Human Resources Specialist - Performance, you will work to support the global performance review cycle. You will work collaboratively with a highly motivated team within a fast-paced company. This role involves supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management framework, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Performance module. The consultant is involved in analyzing performance data, providing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired objectives of the performance enablement process.

- Design and implement performance enablement processes (quarterly snapshots, annual cycle).
- Standardize performance rating frameworks and calibration processes.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Configure and maintain Performance module and Work Zone within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage: Performance Snapshot templates and Expectations Framework
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with HRIS or vendors.
- Act as SME for performance management practices across the organization.
- Establish governance guidelines and policy documentation.
- Ensure consistency across geographies, functions, and business units.
- Partner with HR business partners (HRBPs), Leaders, and ZSers to ensure smooth execution of performance cycles.
- Collaborate in training and guiding Leaders on best practices for performance management.
- Help design communication strategies to enhance transparency in performance management.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in performance management/ talent management or related HR functions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience working with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors including Work Zone or similar tools.
- Ability to handle confidential data with high integrity and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work across time zones, cultures and levels of the organization;
- Fluency in English
