DealHub is a leading provider of sales engagement and revenue optimization solutions, empowering businesses to streamline their sales processes and drive growth. We're building our Implementation Centre of Excellence in India and are looking for a seasoned Solution Expert to be one of the initial members of the team.
As a Solution Expert, you will act as the technical trusted advisor for our customers — owning the end-to-end onboarding journey from discovery and configuration to integrations and go-live. You'll bring a strong understanding of CRM/CPQ workflows and finance operations, helping customers connect their quote-to-revenue processes seamlessly. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams globally, and will be the go-to person for technical and functional solutions across the revenue lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end customer implementation including scoping, configuration, and integrations.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand quote-to-cash processes and translate them into platform solutions.
- Serve as the functional and technical point of contact for quoting, invoicing, billing, and revenue workflows.
- Lead technical sessions and training to ensure customers are set up for long-term success.
- Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing implementation role within a SaaS company.
- Exposure to finance operations — invoicing, payments, accounting, and revenue recognition.
- Hands-on experience with an ERP, billing and subscription management, or Quote-to-Revenue platform (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Zuora, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to map business processes to platform configuration.
- Excellent English communication skills and a confident, customer-oriented approach.
Nice-to-Have
- Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot / Microsoft Dynamics) and CPQ workflows.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
- Experience with tax systems and tax compliance workflows (GST, VAT, or similar.
