Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for a Solution Engineering Intern to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions to our customers. As a Solution Engineering Intern, you will work under the supervision of mentor and senior team members and participate in the activities for Infobip’s solution proposals, solution design, delivery, and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers understand the value of Infobip solutions and services
- Develop a foundational understanding of the customers’ businesses, with a goal of knowing exactly which of our solutions and products can help them evolve their business
- Assist in designing new and innovative solutions to meet customers’ business needs
- Collect the technical requirements and design simple technical solutions and service integration plans
- Provide support in handling technical and security questionnaires
- Conduct captivating demos and POCs
- Assist in conducting scoping exercises and contribute to service quote estimations
- Deliver comprehensive and precise technical documentation
- Configure and implement Infobip solutions to meet customer’s business requirements
- Assist in trainings and solution enablement sessions for SMB customers and document with meeting minutes summaries
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or recently graduated.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for learning new technologies, development tools, and emerging trends.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, projects, or applications.
- Experience with Python and/or JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code is an advantage.
- GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects, technical contributions, or a software development portfolio.
- Demonstrated interest in building practical software, AI solutions, or technology-focused projects.
