As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Job responsibilities

- Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards
- Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Translate requirements into User stories in JIRA with clear Definition of ready and Acceptance criteria.
- Interface with technical, architect and product teams breaking down requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency with JIRA, pulling reports and creating dashboards.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
