Endpoint Solution Engineeringチームでは、Windows 365、Azure Virtual Desktop、Microsoft Intune、Microsoft Entraを中心に、お客様のAI活用基盤の構築とエンドポイントモダナイゼーションを支援しています。私たちは単なる技術提案を行う組織ではありません。お客様と共にAI時代の働き方を構想し、CopilotやAI Agentを活用した新たな業務モデルを実現することで、企業変革をリードするテクニカルセールス組織です。

The rapid adoption of Generative AI and AI Agents is reshaping how organizations operate and compete. The success of AI initiatives is no longer determined by the AI model alone. It depends on the foundation that enables AI to operate securely, intelligently, and at scale across the enterprise.

Endpoints, identity, security, and cloud infrastructure have become critical building blocks for every AI-powered organization. PCs and virtual desktops are evolving beyond traditional computing devices into platforms where people and AI Agents collaborate, automate work, and unlock new business value.

Endpoint Solution Engineering team helps customers build this AI-ready foundation through Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra. We partner with organizations to modernize endpoint environments, accelerate AI adoption, and transform the digital workplace for the era of Copilot and AI Agents.

This is not a traditional technical specialist role. We are looking for business-oriented technical sales professionals who can shape customer strategy, influence executive decision-making, and drive business growth. You will engage customers in strategic discussions about the future of work, design modern endpoint and security architectures, and help organizations realize new business models powered by AI.

The ideal candidate brings experience in VDI, DaaS, virtualization, or infrastructure technologies and is excited to expand into AI, Security, and Azure. Success in this role requires both technical depth and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes, helping accelerate the growth of Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop across Japan.

■ 担当領域における技術専門性の習得と深化

Windows 11、Windows 365、Intune、Microsoft Entra ID、Azure Virtual Desktop、Surface、Autopatch や Microsoft Managed Desktop などのマネージドサービスを含む関連ソリューションについて、マイクロソフト製品および競合製品との違いに関する高度な技術知識を習得し、継続的に深めていきます。

■ お客様との技術的な対話の拡張

成長マインドセットを持つ信頼ある技術アドバイザーとして、プレゼンテーション、デモ、ホワイトボードによる説明などのスキルを駆使し、スケーラブルな技術提案活動を行います。

マイクロソフト製品の強みと競合他社の弱点を理解し、競合優位性を活かした技術戦略を構築することで、技術的な意思決定の獲得を支援します。

■ ソリューション設計および検証のリード

お客様のビジネスへの深い理解に基づき、インサイトの提供や現状の再定義、定量的なビジネスインパクトの提示を通じて、意思決定と導入意向を獲得します。また、技術的な障壁が発生した場合には、適切なエスカレーションや対処を行い、導入プロセスの前進を図ります。

■ パートナーとの連携によるスケール実現

パートナーとの共同提案活動（Sell-with）に積極的に関与し、信頼できるパートナー情報源として技術支援を行います。

■ Deepen Technical Expertise in Assigned Domains

Develop and continuously deepen technical expertise in key solutions such as Windows 11, Windows 365, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Surface, and managed services like Autopatch and Microsoft Managed Desktop. This includes a strong understanding of Microsoft’s product differentiators compared to competitors.

■ Expand Technical Engagement with Customers

Act as a trusted technical advisor with a growth mindset. Leverage skills in presentations, demos, and whiteboarding to drive scalable technical engagements and deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.

■ Drive Strategic Positioning and Competitive Differentiation

Build technical strategies that highlight the strengths of Microsoft solutions while addressing competitive weaknesses, helping customers make confident, informed technical decisions in Microsoft’s favor.

■ Lead Solution Design and Validation

Gain deep insight into customer business needs to reframe existing challenges, deliver meaningful business impact, and secure buy-in. Navigate complex selling environments, handle objections effectively, escalate technical blockers appropriately, and maintain momentum toward implementation.

■ Scale Through Partner Collaboration

Actively engage in co-selling scenarios with partners, providing technical expertise and becoming a trusted source of knowledge to support partner-led customer engagements.

以下のいずれかの経験・学歴を有していること：

• テクニカルプリセールスまたは技術コンサルティングの実務経験が5年以上
• コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の学士号を有し、同分野での実務経験が4年以上
• コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の修士号を有し、同分野での実務経験が3年以上
• または、それに相当する経験・スキルを有すること

加えて、以下の条件を満たしていること：

• クラウド、ハイブリッド、またはオンプレミスのインフラ設計、アーキテクチャ、移行、業界標準、テクノロジー管理に関する実務経験が4年以上
• 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力（流暢な会話・読み書き）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 4+ years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Or equivalent experience and skills

In addition, candidates must have:

• 4+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure design, architecture, migrations, industry standards, or technology management
• High-level fluency in Japanese (spoken and written)
• Business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)
