Owning the end-to-end technical design of a domain, ensuring multiple sub-domains and systems form a coherent ecosystem. This entails translating business ambition and product vision and combining it with technical execution to create practical and scalable, and AI-native end-to-end solutions that deliver real outcomes. - 15+ years of experience in software engineering building software products, at scale with at least 3 years as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Architect responsible for defining and delivering technology solutions across complex domains
- Expert fluency in at least 2 programing languages including Python, NodeJS; working knowledge of AI code generation tools (Codex/Claude Code/Cursor/GitHub Copilot/ Augment Code) change development workflows and code quality standards
- Good understanding of Agentic AI concepts and hands-on experience working on on Agentic AI projects in production — including agent orchestration, LLM tool use, evaluation frameworks, guardrail design, and multi-agent pipeline architecture
- Demonstrable experience defining and governing AI-assisted development practices within an engineering organisation — including how agentic tooling integrates into CI/CD pipelines, code review, test automation, and production readiness standards
- Experience with cloud native ecosystems(AWS/Azure) with exposure on deployment infrastructure, observability, security and resilience paradigms
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in Product Management, UX and Analytics teams across different geographies and time zones
- Ability to translate highly complex technical requirements into easily digestible and actionable plans
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, and ability to communicate effectively on technology solutions and their business impact
- Ability to coach, mentor engineers across levels with the ability to build architectural thinking and AI fluency across the organisation — elevating technical capability beyond your immediate team
