As a Solution Architect, you help drive commercial success by shaping technology solutions for complex client opportunities within the dynamic Thai market.
This is a senior consulting role with a strong pursuit and proposal focus. You work with business development and client leaders to turn client challenges into clear, credible and commercially viable solutions. You engage directly with senior stakeholders across Thai enterprises, from large conglomerates and financial institutions to retail powerhouses, build technical credibility early, and stay close enough to delivery to ensure what is sold can be executed.
You should be comfortable moving between client conversations, proposal work, technical solution design and early delivery support. The role combines solution strategy, technical pre-sales, client engagement and hands-on leadership. You should also stay current on emerging technology and AI, and apply that knowledge in a practical way to improve solution quality, relevance and market impact.
- Partner with business development and client leaders to shape opportunities, define solution strategies, and support complex pursuits from qualification through closure.
- Design innovative, scalable, and commercially viable technology solutions that address client challenges and deliver measurable business value.
- Develop compelling value propositions, proposals, estimations, and RFP responses in both Thai and English.
- Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and decision drivers.
- Present complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating technology into business outcomes.
- Advise clients on emerging technologies, digital transformation, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with architects, delivery leaders, and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, executable, and aligned with delivery capabilities.
- Contribute to opportunity planning through estimation, team shaping, scope definition, risk assessment, and commercial considerations.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and technical influencers to strengthen Thoughtworks’ presence in the Thailand market.
- Mentor technical leaders, contribute to thought leadership initiatives, and help develop market-focused offerings that drive long-term growth.
