Solution Architect (Bangalore )
About the RoleWe are looking for a Solution Architect to lead functional solution design for enterprise PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations, ensuring strong alignment between business requirements, data strategy, and platform capabilities.
In this role, you will own discovery, functional design, and solution definition across complex, multi-system environments. You will work closely with customers, Implementation Leads, Program Managers, Product, Engineering, and Partners to translate requirements into scalable, governed solutions.
What You’ll Do- Lead functional discovery and design for PXM, PIM, and MDM solutions
- Define data models, attributes, workflows, and business rules
- Design integration approaches and support data migration strategy
- Facilitate customer workshops and design reviews
- Act as the design authority, ensuring solution clarity and consistency
- Partner with delivery teams to prevent rework and reduce delivery risk
- Solution designs are clear, scalable, and executable
- Business requirements and data models remain aligned throughout delivery
- Design-driven defects and change requests are minimized
- Delivery teams and customers have high confidence in solution guidance
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, business analysis, or enterprise data platforms
- Strong functional design experience in PXM, PIM, MDM, or similar platforms
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable functional designs
- Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working with System Integrators or partner-led delivery models
- Exposure to data governance, integration strategy, or migration planning
- Experience using SQL, Python, or Postman for data analysis and validation
