Join the Strategic Competence Unit (SCU) within Ericsson's Business Area Cloud Software and Services (BCSS), Service Area Cognitive Network Solutions (SA CNS). SCU is a highly skilled global service delivery team operating across several countries.
As a Solution Architect, you will work with advanced mobile technologies and diverse customers worldwide. You will act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor in RAN and end-to-end Network Design and Optimization (NDO), helping customers transform network operations through Cognitive Software rApps.
What you will do
- Lead the adoption of Cognitive Software rApps within NDO processes and operations, supporting customers throughout their transformation journey.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, addressing complex technical challenges and acting as the Technical Authority for internal and customer stakeholders.
- Lead discussions with technical teams and senior management, align expectations, and ensure delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to enable successful rApp implementation, adoption, and sustained use.
- Deliver senior-level NDO services across 4G and 5G Mobile Broadband (MBB) and Voice, including RAN and end-to-end analysis.
- Design technical solutions, analyze network data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve network performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues, follow up on improvements, and incorporate customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to evolve the NDO portfolio and contribute ideas to Product Management.
- Support presales activities, stakeholder management, knowledge transfer, and customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
You will bring
- Experience in NDO service delivery experience, with an innovative mindset, strong leadership, and a consultative customer approach.
- Deep expertise in 4G, 5G, MBB, VoLTE, and Ericsson RAN, including radio interfaces, features, algorithms, parameters, and complex issue resolution.
- Experience with advanced NDO analysis, statistical methods, and data analytics to correlate network data and recommend performance improvements.
- Proficiency in AI/ML, including machine learning techniques, machine reasoning, and MLOps.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture, cloud computing, containers, Kubernetes, serverless services, software architecture and design, modular/microservices and event-driven solutions.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, big data flows and orchestration, Python, data wrangling, APIs, analysis, and visualization.
- Agile and product/project thinking, with the ability to break down scope into measurable outcomes.
- Business awareness, negotiation, presales, stakeholder management, and strong communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to knowledge sharing and high-quality delivery.
- Based in Brazil - São Paulo, hybrid work model, available for global travel.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
