Solution Architect - Test Automation

Role and Responsibilities:
Your specific duties will be based on your experience as Solution Architect ( Test Automation) , and you will be an extended part of the client’s technical team, ensuring automation solutions are running effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering UiPath solutions in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices. You will work closely with our enthusiastic business and technical specialists team. You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit.
Expected Activities:

• Support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Provide developers with customers’ feedback and contribute to the identification and creation of new features or products
• Perform initial or secondary investigations and respond to online and phone support requests
• Deliver periodic reviews with customers (e.g., Health checks) and proactively analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
• Collaborate cross-departmentally within UiPath to establish and communicate best practices
•  Build and manage a passionate, customer-centric, outcome-driven team to deliver upon your portfolio
• Ensure the quality of your team's service delivery, operations, and relationship management
• Provide mentoring, career development, and performance management to guide the continuous improvement of your team

Qualifications And Skills:

• Postgraduate / Graduate in computer science or a related field.
• Overall 10+ years of experience in IT industry in enterprise software consulting, or business development preferably with a background in Software Testing.
• Strong knowledge and 5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Experience with enterprise software (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle or similar) products and solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP and other SAP LOB Solutions, as well as SAP integration technologies.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Business Automation Platform and its integration with SAP systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products, as well as Salesforce integration technologies.
•  Solid knowledge of agile software development and continuous testing, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in specific test automation scripting languages and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python, Appium, TestNG, JUnit) would be a plus.
• Understanding of enterprise-wide testing strategies, methodologies, and value drivers.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty.
• Skilled at building long-term relationships with executives and key stakeholders
• Proficiency in leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops.
