The Digital & Process Performance function serves as the transformation engine driving the upgrade of our digital core. The Digital & Process Performance function is organized into key teams to drive transformation effectively. Processes & Applications focuses on modernizing core business processes, while Data & Analytics enables data-driven decision-making. IT Operations ensures reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and the Transformation Management Office drives Huhtamaki wide business transformation initiatives with strategic goals.
We are now looking for a talented Solution Architect, Oracle Fusion and Cloud to join our team of seasoned professionals in Digital & Process Performance. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and it reports to the Head of Enterprise Architecture.
Responsibilities and key activities:
- Design Oracle Fusion and Cloud solutions to meet business requirements and strategic goals
- Develop and maintain the Oracle Cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with the company’s enterprise architecture and ensuring architecture is scalable and secure
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide architecture for tailored Oracle Cloud solutions
- Ensure the efficient utilization and integration of Oracle Cloud within the enterprise architecture
- Provide guidance and support for the development and implementation of Oracle Fusion and Cloud standards and best practices.
- Define governance frameworks and policies for Oracle Cloud adoption, assess risks and identify potential challenges to related technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Oracle Fusion and Cloud solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Support enterprise-wide architecture reviews, ensuring architectural consistency and governance
Requirements for the role:
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT, computer science, or related fields.
- Min. 4 years of experience in Oracle cloud technology and solution architecture design.
- Proven ability to design and implement hands-on Oracle Cloud solutions. Especially Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Working knowledge of Oracle extensions.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements in Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams (technical and non-technical
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, Finnish is seen as a plus
- Familiarity and interest in global Enterprise Architecture development
