Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
• BE/ B.Tech• 8+ years of in-depth experience in cloud infra-Solution design, Integration, Engineering and/or Productdevelopment in Telecom Network domains.
Required Skills: -• The Solution Architect will work directly with internal/ external customers and will support the engagementPractices and other Practice Area within Cloud & Core and GSC India to define and provide technical solutionsthat enhance the customer's competitive position.• This role demands positive mind-set, hands on Telco solution delivery experience, understanding end - to -end customer requirements e.g. Network functions (CNF/VNF) requirements/Dimensions capturing, Integrationwith NF & other nodes like 3PP, NMS, syslog etc.• Provide support to the solution integrator, internal market and sales organizations as an expert in thesolutions portfolio.• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.• Analyze customer business processes and requirements for design input e.g CIQ• Excellent knowledge: L2/L3 Protocols/Technologies - VLAN, Switching Protocols/Routing Protocols/L2VPN/L3VPN• Knowledge of overlay protocols e.g VxLAN and GRE.• Excellent knowledge of Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS, QOS, VOIP• Experience in implementation / rollout of services in - Telecom service provider network- SDN/NFV, Nativecloud, Data fabric & IP/MPLS.• Hands-on in two or more SDN / NFV stacks / protocols like - ODL, OpenStack, OpenShift, ONOS, BluePlanet, Opennet, Netconf, Yang, Tail-f, Open Flow, Contrail• Hands-on in Phython, JSON, REST -• Excellent knowledge of Data Fabric creation & CLOS Architecture: Cisco, Juniper, EAM, Extreme SLX.• Excellent knowledge of Virtualization and Orchestrator.• Excellent Handson Knowledge on Ceph Storage and/or other storage solution network• (Mandatory) Hands-on experience in implementation of COTS products -• (Mandatory) Handson Knowledge on Virtualization, Dockers, Kubernetes & Linux environments.• (Mandatory) Strong understanding of Telco Solution & System Integration -• Good knowledge of Telecom & IT industry standards and compliance requirements.• Drive changes in the methods, processes and guidelines within the customer organization or internally. Alsoacts as a leader/mentor in day-to-day operations to provide insights for less experienced colleagues.• Drive Lead Generation / Add-on Sales and business opportunities during the entire process in order tocontribute to increased sales volumes.• Formulate Test OBJECT list and plans use cases as per configuration and network features bought bycustomer.• Assist/Support during contract/commercial negotiations, in the Services Scoping of the Integration ServiceDelivery.• Providing technical solutions / suggestions to report problems.• Responsibility for Service Delivery as per Customer Contract and plan.• Preferred to have Cisco (CCIE/CCNA/) or Juniper (JNCIE/JNCIP/JNCIS).• CKA certification is Mandatory.• Preferred to have Ericsson CNIS hands-on experienced.• ETCP Cloud associate/Professional.• Must have hands-on experience on Telecom deployment and basic call flow.
