Job description
We are looking for a Solution Analyst who will play a key role in shaping end-to-end cybersecurity solutions for customers in the areas of Operational Technology (OT) and Network Security. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their environments, challenges, business and technology requirements. You will be responsible for defining overall solution, selecting the most suitable technologies and serving as a bridge between the customer and our delivery and operations teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
What will be your responsibilities?
Act as the primary technical interface for customers.
Analyze customer’s environments to identify security gaps or weaknesses.
Translate identified findings and customer needs into end-to-end solution proposals (leveraging ESET’s technologies and integrating them with existing customer infrastructure to deliver comprehensive, multilayered protection)
prepare and document solution design, diagrams and technical requirements for deployment.
Collaborate with internal Solution Architects, Delivery Managers and DevOps engineers to ensure implementation of security solutions.
Lead and actively participate in workshops, technical presentations and requirement validation sessions with customers and internal teams.
Provide input into cost estimation, project planning, risk evaluation and quality assurance project activities.
Contribute to the development of internal offerings, helping to define future service capabilities and reusable solution components.
Occasionally travel to customers as part of presales or project activities.
Our requirements for the role:
Proven experience in a similar role, such as Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, Security Solution Specialist or Technical Consultant (ideally in cybersecurity, network infrastructure or Operational Technology (OT) environments).
Strong background in solution design or system integration.
Analytical mindset with a structured and systematic approach to problem-solving.
Ability to effectively bridge business requirements with technical solutions, delivering high-quality and fit-for-purpose designs.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have (Optional but Beneficial):
Experience with:
NDR/EDR platforms
SIEM integration with network sources
Operational Technology environments
Experience in working with security teams or SOCs, preferably in a presales or delivery context

*The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
*Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
