In this role, you will collaborate closely with finance managers and plant section controllers, and contribute to upskilling the teams through training, development, and deployment of new tools and processes. Your work will play a key part in elevating plant performance and enabling data-driven decision-making across the network.
How you will contribute• Drive Controlling Excellence initiatives across manufacturing plants, supporting standardization, process optimization, and best-practice deployment.• Support continuous improvement projects related to controlling processes, data quality, reporting accuracy, and automation• Collaborate closely with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and plant controlling teams to simplify, standardize, and streamline data analysis approaches and reporting workflows• Support the harmonization of reporting for Weekly Cost Governance, ensuring consistent metrics, methodologies, and reporting structures across plants• Participate in digitalization and automation initiatives, working with data/IT teams to improve data flows and enhance analytical capabilities.• Train and mentor junior analysts and plant finance teams on controlling tools, methodologies, and best practices• Contribute to development and documentation of global controlling standards and reporting frameworks.

- ROBUST FINANCIAL & CONTROLLING BACGROUND: A solid foundation in finance or accounting, with practical experience in plant controlling, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a manufacturing or operational environment.
- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets
- PROCESS OPTIMIZATION MINDSET: Proven ability to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement streamlined, harmonized, and simplified solutions that drive tangible improvements.
- EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of translating complex financial concepts into clear guidance, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders across various plant locations, and influencing adoption of new processes.
- ANALYTICAL & PROBLEM-SOLVING ACUMEN: Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, diagnose root causes of variances, and develop effective, data-driven recommendations and solutions.
- GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- PROACTIVE & SELF-MOTIVATED: A high degree of initiative and ownership, comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a track record of driving projects to successful completion in a dynamic environment.
- AUTOMATION & TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCY: Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude with automation tools (e.g., RPA, Power Automate), advanced Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) to drive efficiency and insights.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 3.200 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
