Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the definition and execution of Solid’s product roadmap with strong UX capabilities. This role is highly cross-functional and hands-on: working closely with engineering, design, and leadership to define strategic features, translate vision into execution, and ensure we build products that analysts actually love to use.

This is a key role with real influence over Solid’s product direction.

Responsibilities

Product Roadmap

• Deeply understand Solid’s users: analysts, analytics managers, and internal data consumers
• Own and drive the product roadmap from high-level vision to detailed execution
• Define key strategic initiatives and features aligned with company goals
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision
• Continuously prioritize based on customer value, business impact, and technical constraints

Execution & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end product execution: discovery, definition, development, launch, and iteration
• Work closely with engineering to break down features into clear, actionable requirements
• Act as the product “glue” - aligning execution in the team and also stakeholders around priorities and tradeoffs
• Write clear product specs and user stories
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality and usability standards

UX (Must-have)

• Strongly influence UX and product design decisions
• Work closely with designers to ensure user journeys are well defined and smooth - especially for complex technical workflows
• Partner closely with designers to ensure intuitive, elegant user experience.
• Validate assumptions through user research, feedback, and rapid iteration

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager (or above)
• Proven experience owning and executing complex product roadmaps
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast-paced environments

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong UX sensibility is a MUST
• You don’t just “work with design” - you care deeply about user experience
• Excellent product thinking: problem definition, prioritization, and decision-making
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly ramp up on new domains

Nice-to-Have / Big Advantages

• Experience building products for technical users (analysts, engineers, data teams)
• Background or strong familiarity with the data analytics / data tooling space
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and workflows that boost productivity. Ability to use AI as a practical multiplier for execution speed and quality
