We are looking for a hardworking system/software test engineer. Would you like to accept a change and join a team of engineers in a well-established international company? Would you be willing to take over the responsibility of testing the functionality of electron microscopes?
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing of electron microscope functions
- Use a bug tracking system to report found bugs and failures
- Use a test management system to complete and record tests and results
- Collaborate with development teams to plan, perform, and document verification and validation activities.
- Maintain, update, and write new test cases based on system requirements
Requirements:
- Knowledge of testing tools and procedures (TestLink, TestRail, Redmine, JIRA, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify, reproduce, and describe system and software defects
- Active knowledge of English
- Advanced knowledge of Windows administration
Desired (not required) skills:
- Knowledge of programming language (C#, Python, etc)
- Knowledge of the software development cycle
- Experience with computer hardware and hardware in general
- Experience with VMware
