Job Title: Software Technologist I
Your Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#/.NET (primary focus).
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using ASP.NET Core.
- Develop supporting tools, automation scripts, and integrations using Python.
- Architect and deploy solutions on AWS cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Implement microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance developer productivity and automate workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, development, and delivery.
- Ensure adherence to security, performance, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- You have 6–8 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 5+) — primary competency.
- Hands-on experience building REST APIs using ASP.NET.
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services and deployments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks, including:
- Prompt engineering and workflow automation.
- Tools like GitHub Copilot or similar AI developer assistants.
- Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
