DESCRIPTION -
To provide support to the customer/field engineer/distributors, to fulfill the offered SLA, reliability of the information and to assure the customer's satisfaction; to assure the fulfillment of the Elekta procedures and requirements by the customer, according to the technical guidelines of the headquarters; support to management software (OIS) and planning systems; perform upgrades and updates of Elekta systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Complete training applicable and keep themselves updated with the new versions of the Elekta products
- To provide support to the customers, giving solutions with remote service, service by telephone, e-mail, WebEx or IntelliMax
- To follow the Elekta work policies
- To use the PPEs provided by the company, whenever necessary
- To keep 100% of the calls duly updated in CLM and not later than 2 business days after the performance of the activity
- To assure the reliability of the information provided to the customers
- Be focused and demonstrate the technical knowledge to support the customers/field engineers/distributors in the problem solution
- To be able to attend calls with low complexity without support
- Basic knowledge about the software for patient management (OIS), planning (TPS), according to the standards established by Elekta
- Support the customers to upgrades and update TPS
- To plan and execute the software FCOs, in order to be applied to the customers, whenever available. To achieve minimum overdue level

RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES -
- Studying in Information Technology or related areas with graduation to be happening from July 2028 on.
- Flexibility and assertive communication.
- Good interpersonal relationship; teamwork.
- Discipline with deadline, schedules and documentation.
- Advanced level in English and desirable Spanish.
