As a Software Engineering Manager within Retail Studio, you will lead a growing team responsible for designing, building, and scaling platform capabilities that support the Production Validation Environment (PVE).

This role combines engineering leadership, organizational development, and technical oversight within a fast-paced environment focused on innovation, continuous learning, and rapid delivery. The ideal candidate is an energetic people leader who is passionate about developing talent, building high-performing teams, and helping engineers succeed.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $100,100.00 – $223,080.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
