The Opportunity:

Your Impact As a full-stack engineer, you will:
Develop application code using established methods that meet acceptance criteria
Review designs and collaborate with architects
Develop technical designs, including any needed automation strategies
Work with the product owner to clarify story requirements
Partner with subject matter experts to get guidance on development questions
Write stories, data mappings, test cases, and success criteria that inform development
Build and deploy code through approved channels
Write automated tests for application code, including unit, integration, functional, acceptance, performance, and smoke tests
Commit to and take ownership of iteration goals
Required Skills
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong experience as a full-stack engineer, with a solid understanding of web applications, backend systems, and large language models (LLMs)
Experience designing and implementing scalable features, with knowledge of design patterns and industry best practices
Commitment to software engineering best practices, including design, testing, documentation, and code reviews
Strong knowledge of Java or a similar programming language
Solid grounding in computer science, data structures, and database concepts
Ability to analyze a problem, explain it clearly to teammates, and collaborate on a high-quality, timely solution
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies
