Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
- Build scalable APIs, backend services, and reusable application components
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces that support business and operational needs
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Integrate AI-enabled features and automation capabilities into enterprise applications where applicable
- Participate in application modernization, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support application stability and reliability
- Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and development tools
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or full-stack application development
- Solid experience in full-stack application development using Java/React based stack
- Experience building web applications, RESTful APIs, and scalable backend services
- Experience with containerization and DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React/Node) and modern UI development practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, with Azure proficiency preferred; AWS or GCP experience accepted as alternatives
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, API integration, and software development best practices
- Understanding of secure coding practices, application monitoring, and performance optimization
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in agile development teams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- AI/ML certifications
- Azure certifications are preferred; AWS or GCP certifications are also valued
- Experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, and modern frontend frameworks including React
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or financial services domains
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative engineering environments
- Exposure to enterprise application modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and productivity practices
- Proven track record of AI usage to drive up productivity and familiarity with AI-driven solutions
- Familiarity with AI-first development approaches and integrating AI-enabled capabilities into applications
