Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively creates and manages hardware forecasting, budgeting, and procurement based on business demand. Develop long-term strategies for hardware provisioning to align with the company's growth and technological advancements
- Identify potential risks related to hardware provisioning and develop mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards to avoid legal and financial penalties
- Monitoring provisioning, incident tasks and local tasks queue
- Coordinate any IT hardware provisioning requirements to procure from accredited supplier
- Team management and work for better employee experience
- Asset tracking, inventory optimization, cost reduction without any business risk
- Onboard and off-board new supplier for IT Global Provisioning Function with help of ES&P team
- Review supplier performance and conduct monthly connect
- Supervise and manage team members at end-to-end throughout its asset lifecycle processes
- Act as the 2nd level escalation point of contact for Incident tickets or IT Hardware related issues and help align multiple groups around a single objective for resolution
- Monitor and conduct audits for all hardware provisioning tools, if team members meet the SLA such as Servicenow Tool, RCO Shipping Center (DDT), Trac-IT, Allsec separation clearance, ServiceNow Tickets, DSM (Deployment Server Management), NHOB (New Hire Onboarding Portal), etc.
- Tracking the maintenance inventory and getting it repaired by coordinating with team & vendors
- Conduct ITAM Tool audit and ensure team members update asset inventory with correct lifecycle status
- Conduct Half Yearly IT Asset Registry vs Finance Asset Registry Reconciliation
- Manage internal and external audits like ISO27001, ISO9001, ISMS, OGA IAAS etc.
- Propose and take the lead to implement any project initiative or automation that may have cost savings or cost avoidance or for process improvement
- Overall disposal in charge of IT hardware assets including securing pre-approval from leaders and disposal application submission docs
- Ensure monthly Management Business Objectives (MBO) and KPI metric targets are met
- Act as ITAM Approver for ServiceNow and Internal transfer Tools for the site managed
- Create, review and amend IT Hardware Provisioning policies, procedures and workflows
- Provides support for customer inquiries and issues in a manner that sustains confidence and positive outcomes and other cross functional teams
- Act as point of contact during Enterprise Leadership, Senior Leadership or VIP visit support for IT local hardware related issues or updates
- Working with cross-functional teams like Tax, Legal, Finance, Commercial, L2RO, Smart Spot, Network, and IT Cost to define and implement regulatory governance processes related to Global Provisioning solutions.
- Takes care of end-of-life IT assets De-bonding & Disposal
- GRN (Goods Receiving Notes) creation in Ariba for new material procured at respective sites
- Analyze and assist team basis the feedback received from employees to improve GPS team services and encourage team to take necessary action for better NPS and response rate
- Encourage team to undergo regular technical/ professional training to keep them updated with the latest tools and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Facilitate tasks assigned by supervisor or manager based on business needs

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain
- 5+ years Supervisory experience in each of the following areas:
- Experience in establishing project goals, coordinating resources, and providing technical leadership
- Experience in Financial and Accounting Asset Management
- Solid technical background in IT Asset Management (Asset lifecycle stages end to end process)
- Solid technical background in supply chain, budgeting & forecasting, vendor management
- Solid technical background in inventory management and report analytics
- Knowledgeable and have experience of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable and have experience of Windows OS
- Knowledgeable and have experience of ServiceNow or any IT ticketing tool
- Knowledgeable and have experience of MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager), Intune, JAMF, Altiris, etc.
- Proficiency in using hardware analysis tools and software
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven extensive customer service skills
- Proven effective leadership and team management abilities
- Proven proactive problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS Power BI experience
- SharePoint experience
- Exposure to AI
