Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain highly scalable microservices within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) on Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Establish, refine and integrate CI/ CD, feature testing automation, performance testing as needed. Good understanding of Infrastructure as code
- Identify production and non-production application issues
- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications, public cloud infrastructure cost, best cloud practices, scalability, and high availability
- Provide technical leadership, design and code review, serve as a mentor to junior developers
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with 6+ years of solid software engineering experience
- Proven ability to envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and be able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to materialize it
- Proven ability to design and develop the framework of the system and be able to explain choices made. Also write and review design documents explaining overall architecture, framework and high-level design of the application
- Proven ability to create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it
- Proven ability to define in-scope, out-of-scope and taken assumptions while creating effort estimates
- Proven ability to identify and integrate well over all integration points in context of a project as well as other applications in the environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Health care industry experience
- Knowledge in NLP, machine learning, deep learning
Technical Skills:
- Solid Product development experience in .Net, C#, NO-SQL databases like Cosmos DB
- Solid experience in Azure application development, infrastructure, networking, monitoring, troubleshooting and public cloud cost analysis
- AWS experience
- Experience with developing applications using Azure Kubernetes service (AKS), Service Fabric, App Service, function, Cosmos DB, azure Storage, service bus queues, event hubs, application gateway etc
- Proficient in AI tools like copilot, AI automation and productivity, knowledge in LLM, and agentic AI framework
- Good to have fundamental core ML and DL knowledge, NLP
- Proficiency in Front-end application development using Angular or React
- Design and implement highly scalable Restful microservices
- Good knowledge in docker containers, orchestrator like Kubernetes
- Automating all deployment steps with Infrastructure as Code (IAC), CI/ CD pipelines using Git Action, terraform, MLOps etc
- Define guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Do required POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
- Quick learner and highly motivated team player and a self-starter. Should be able to learn new technology and able to deliver the work in short duration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid collaborator within and across multiple teams

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field

- Experience designing and developing system frameworks and documenting architecture and high-level application design
- Experience creating, validating, and defending module or task designs and effort estimates
- Ability to define in-scope, out-of-scope, and assumptions for effort estimates
- Ability to identify and integrate project and application integration points
- Product development experience with .NET, C#, and NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB
- Azure application development, infrastructure, networking, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cloud cost analysis experience
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, Service Fabric, App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Service Bus, Event Hubs, or Application Gateway
- Front-end development proficiency using Angular or React
