Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements & functional specifications
- Able to determine the impact of changes in current functionality of the system
- Able to handle SAS Algo dev assignments independently, end-to-end SDLC
- Interaction with diverse Business Partners and Technical Workgroups
- Drive Algo optimization and innovation in the team
- Should be flexible to collaborate with onshore business, during US business hours
- Should be flexible to support project releases, during US business hours
- Strong healthcare domain knowledge
- Adherence to the defined delivery process/guidelines
- Drive project quality process compliance
- Builder Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- 12 + years of development experience on SAS BASE, SAS Advanced
- Working exposure to SDLC tools like Rally
- Worked on Orchestration tools esp. Airflow
- Working knowledge of Python/Spark and understanding of Azure data bricks
- Solid SQL skills; Strong working exposure on diverse relational databases like Oracle, Snowflake
- Proven solid communication skills, and experience of working in US-India model of operations
- Proven solid interpersonal skills, team management skills

Skills Required
- 12+ years of development experience with SAS Base and SAS Advanced
- Experience with SDLC tools such as Rally
- Experience with orchestration tools, especially Apache Airflow
- Working knowledge of Python and Spark
- Understanding of Azure Databricks
