Your Impact
As a Software Developer in the Transformation Quality Services Group, you will build the platforms and tools that keep our global supply chain running efficiently. Your work will have a direct impact on how we deliver technology to our customers through:
Scalable Platform Solutions: Designing and building reliable software that supports our complex, global supply chain operations.
Data-Driven Quality Decisions: Creating systems that turn data into clear insights, allowing us to make informed, quality-focused decisions.
AI-Driven Innovation: Developing and implementing AI agents to automate routine tasks and improve how we manage our supply chain processes.
Your contributions will help us build a more efficient, reliable, and data-driven supply chain.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education & Experience: B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of professional software development experience.
Programming: Proficiency in Python for building scalable backend services and automation.
Infrastructure & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
Data Management: Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake and NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
Generative AI: Experience building applications using Generative AI technologies, including LLM integration, RAG pipelines, or autonomous AI agents.
Preferred Qualifications :
Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration and designing scalable cloud-native architectures.
Domain Expertise: Domain knowledge in Supply Chain management, PCB, and networking fundamentals.
DevOps & Collaboration: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of contributing to high-performing, collaborative engineering teams.
Observability & Security: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk) and secret management practices (e.g., Conjur).
AI Orchestration: Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) to build and deploy robust RAG-based applications.
