As our Software Engineer (32-40 hours), you’ll help build and evolve the enterprise software that powers our core business processes, giving us a competitive advantage in the market.
Our tech stack includes PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, and Laravel as our primary framework, forming the foundation for everything from our marketing platform and project management system to our client portal and other in-house tools.
You’ll be part of a Scrum Team that values collaboration, clean code, and continuous improvement. Depending on the product scope, you’ll work closely with other developers under the guidance of a Scrum Master and Product Owner to design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions that make an impact.
Your week will include:
- Daily stand-ups to align with your product team.
- Bi-weekly ceremonies. (refinement, planning, demo, and retrospective)
- Opportunities to present ideas, chase your goals, share progress, and help shape the product vision.
This focus on developing and maintaining our own software has helped us become a leading agency, and it remains a key part of our strategy for the future.
And after a productive week full of innovation and teamwork, Fridays are for winding down, celebrating achievements together, and maybe enjoying a few well-earned drinks before the weekend.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in software development with PHP.
- Strong knowledge of Laravel and modern PHP development practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Vue 2 or 3, or similar frameworks) is a plus.
- A focus on clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Good communication skills, you enjoy collaborating and sharing ideas.
