The Role
Overview
We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Digital Software Engineering Group, helping build user-focused solutions that support cyclists worldwide. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow, comfortable working across the tech stack, and excited about delivering meaningful software that meets real user needs.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teammates and product managers to understand user needs.
  • Help design and build software across frontend and backend systems.
  • Contribute to code reviews, testing, and team discussions.
  • Explore and apply new tools and technologies.
  • Support deployed features and help resolve issues as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a software-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript (React or Svelte), or similar languages.
  • Interest or experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS and frameworks like Django.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and working collaboratively.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO or Spearfish, SD.
  • Competitive salary starting at $95,000, with potential up to 45% higher based on experience and skills.
