Software Engineering – Python – Advanced Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Python Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python development, backend engineering, API development, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications and backend services using Python.

- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration is a plus.
- Exposure to observability tools, logging, monitoring, and application performance management.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 42,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 147,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.

Skills Required
- Advanced hands-on Python development experience, including object-oriented programming, data structures, concurrency or asynchronous programming, performance optimization, testing, debugging, logging, packaging, and dependency management
- Experience building production-grade applications and APIs with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent frameworks
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, agentic AI, and LLM application architecture
- Hands-on experience with an agent framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agent SDK, Google ADK, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent
- Experience with RAG, vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering, tool or function calling, structured outputs, and agent orchestration
- Understanding of agent memory, context management, multi-agent systems, and agent evaluation

- Exposure to AI platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI/Gemini, or equivalent
- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, web services, authentication, and third-party integrations
- Understanding of microservices and distributed application architecture
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Exposure to NoSQL and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or pgvector
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on Python development
