Author, edit, and publish structured content in a headless CMS (preferably Contentstack). Manage content types, taxonomies, workflows, versioning, and multi-region/site variations. Ensure SEO, WCAG accessibility, and brand alignment; coordinate with frontend teams using REST/GraphQL APIs; perform audits, UAT, and asset updates. Support reusable, component-based content for multi-channel delivery.

Lead solution architecture and delivery of AI-driven, cloud-native digital platforms. Design microservices, APIs, and integrations, drive discovery and implementation planning, mentor teams, enforce code quality, security, and scalability, and support sprint planning and governance.

Provide L1/L2 production support and manage ticketing, monitoring, releases, deployments and DB/ETL issues. Develop automation, perform application upgrades, onboard new applications, and maintain operational runbooks and SOPs.

Design, build, and maintain advanced iOS features and components. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ship performant, well-tested mobile banking features. Optimize app performance, maintain code quality and architecture, mentor juniors, and adopt modern iOS technologies and CI/CD practices.
