The Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer 2 to join our Practice Production team. You will be responsible for building high-impact products across several key domains:
Simulation & Diagnostic Tools: Building the visual and data-driven tools that help dentists diagnose and plan treatments more effectively
Patient Education: Creating interactive experiences that help patients understand their dental health and treatment options
Insights/Hub: Developing the centralized performance dashboard that gives practices actionable data to optimize their growth
Contribute to the development of scalable services and rich frontend experiences across our Simulation, Diagnostic, and Insights domains
Own features directly tied to our North Star Metric (Same Store Growth), ensuring that our tools provide measurable value to dental practices
Work closely with Product, Design, and Clinical experts to translate complex dental workflows into intuitive software
Contribute to code reviews, ask questions during architectural discussions, and suggest best practices
Contribute across our stack (TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL) to deliver end-to-end features
3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in modern full-stack development. Experience with React and Node.js is highly preferred

You are excited by the challenge of building diagnostic and simulation tools that may involve complex data visualization, 3D renderings, or third party integrations
You are AI forward, you look for opportunities to utilize AI where applicable
