As a member of our "Work & Study" Program you will be joining a real team of Developers, working part-time during your BSc or MSc studies. Depending on your needs and schedule, we can be flexible when it comes to hours. Please note contracts end with completion of your ongoing studies. These aspects will be addressed during the first screening with our responsible recruiter. You will have the chance to work with over 1000+ professionals across Austria, Poland, Spain and the USA, learning more about all aspects of performance, scaling, and security, from code to customers (like Netflix, Google, and Adobe). You will be involved in real projects while having the mentorship of other engineering teams across Dynatrace to develop and build high-performance solutions. Our goal is both to support your growth and development while empowering you for a successful start to your career.

- Being enrolled in a BSc / MSc Degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- Practical software development knowledge in frontend or backend (React, Java, Python, Gradle, Go, or Kotlin)
- Previous exposure to Javascript, Angular, Spring or Kafka is a plus
- An understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
- Being a team player with a proactive approach, and solid problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
