Software Engineer I - EMEA Engineering Services
Why We Have This Role
Our EMEA Engineering Services team is located in Dublin and supports the business by building custom software that complements or enhances our platform capabilities, often incubating repeat patterns of requests into new platform features. We support the business and our customers with custom software needs in the EMEA and APJ regions.

Things You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers and project managers to deliver bespoke software solutions. Your role will involve clarifying requirements, delivering design documents, building the solution and getting sign off from the customer and finally delivering hand off to your team for operations and maintenance support.
- Contribute to new features and enhancements to existing projects that your team is incubating towards a broader production release.
- Participate in team level code reviews, operational excellence and security remediation to ensure the highest quality of delivery.
- Drive improvements in testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and automation to reduce operational friction.

- Participate in a 12x7 on-call operations rotation, organization wide design reviews and root cause analysis.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Strong software development skills with some production experience preferable.
- The ability to design scalable, low-latency, distributed systems.
- Experience working in a software development team.
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
