What You'll Do
As a Software Engineer, you'll be a key member of one of our Scrum teams, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions that solve complex business challenges. You'll apply modern design patterns, best practices, and frameworks with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
On our team, collaboration is more than a buzzword, we practice paired programming, code reviews, and mentorship to ensure everyone continues to grow and succeed.
Your Duties
- Design, build, deploy, monitor, and support highly available production systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and share best practices with your team.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and team practices.
- Explore and evaluate open-source or industry-standard technologies to enhance our solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid understanding of programming and database concepts.
- Hands-on academic or internship experience developing software applications.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, ReactJS).
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and enhance productivity.
