Job Purpose and Impact
Join our Software Engineering Team - AI Labs to help scale AI capabilities across Ag & Trading. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and AI-enabled solutions that drive business outcomes. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products, enhance existing platforms, and build enterprise capabilities that enable the organization to leverage AI effectively and responsibly.
Key Accountabilities

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT: Designs and develops high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable and efficient codes.
AUTOMATION: Leads the application of internal software deployment platform, methodologies and tools to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.
COLLABORATION: Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and different engineers to gather complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
TESTING & DEBUGGING: Writes and maintains complex unit tests and integration tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Suggests options for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability.
DOCUMENTATION: Builds and maintains comprehensive documentation for complex software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Provides technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution.

Qualifications

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Experience building and scaling full-stack applications using the following languages/frameworks: React & typescript, Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python
Experience building AI solutions, working with AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.
Experience with building applications that use large language models or other AI services
Working with AI coding assistants or agentic development tools.
Experience with cloud-native AI/ML or GenAI systems (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Generative AI / LLM development
AI Agent and agentic workflow development
RAG and prompt engineering
Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Copilot
API and enterprise system integration
Strong foundation in relational databases, with handson experience using PostgreSQL
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps delivery practices
Experience deploying and operating applications on cloudnative platforms
Proficiency with Gitbased version control and collaborative development workflows
Understanding of modern application architectures, cloudnative patterns, and security best practices.

Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of relevant work experience
Experience building and scaling full-stack applications
Experience with React and TypeScript
Experience with Java and Spring Boot and/or Python
Experience building AI solutions using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
