-5+ years of Salesforce Engineer experience.
- Ability to develop, conduct code reviews, assist junior developers, serve as a point of contact for changes, and contribute to sizing with product owners.
- Familiarity with build and deploy tools such as Antifactory, Jenkins, and Black Duck.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical skills and experience clearly during interviews.

- Financial services experience preferred but not required.
Job Description:
- Lead complex initiatives with Salesforce CRM.
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Lead, design, develop, test, and implement applications, system components, tools, utilities, models, simulation, and analytics using sophisticated technologies.
- Resolve coding, testing, and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging nature.
- Lead teams to ensure compliance and meet risk management requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to implement key initiatives.
- Mentor less experienced software engineers.
- Collaborate effectively with all levels of professionals, including managers.
- Partner with production support (L1 & L2) and platform engineering teams for support and deployment.
