You need to get the message right to help our customers.We protect more than 110 million users worldwide. Our products run on various platforms from Windows through macOS to Linux and Android.
Job description
As a Software Documentation Writer, you will:
Work independently with the authoring tools, collaboration tools, publishing tools, virtualization tools, and other essential applications needed for the job.
Create and maintain Online Help for ESET products.
Communicate with the development, technical support, quality assurance, and localization department to align the necessary work activities with these teams.
Prepare environments for ESET products to simulate and describe various user scenarios.
Report product bugs found during the documentation process.
Our requirements
You fit the job and our team if:
You are familiar with STE (Simplified Technical English).
You like writing and working with text.
You possess a keen attention to detail.
You have at least two years of experience with technical writing or a similar position.
You have experience with API and know how API works (calls, Swagger).
You have knowledge or experience with IT services environment (MSP).
You are tech savvy and have at least a basic understanding of scripting (Windows batch or Linux shell).
Basic wage component (brutto): from 2 300 EUR
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
