  • Participate in troubleshooting production issues, supporting release deployments, and contributing to overall system stability, performance, and reliability.

  • Work across a diverse technology landscape, including legacy IBM i (AS400) platforms, modern cloud-based solutions, enterprise integration technologies, and emerging AI-powered applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience developing or supporting AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning (ML), or intelligent automation solutions, including familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts, and agent-based architectures.

  • 3 + years of proficiency with SQL, DB2, UNIX/Linux, and UNIX variants in a large-scale environment.

  • 3 + years of working knowledge of cloud platforms, Windows Active Directory, networking protocols, batch scheduling, and high-volume data processing.

  • Experience with application production support (Level 1–3), incident management, and troubleshooting of enterprise systems.

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and IT operations processes.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
